Why I created Super U

I needed the brain power and stamina to conquer a demanding life.

I was always working on something: studying biology at Stony Brook, playing high-level rugby, working toward my chiropractic doctorate, and trying to build a business. I needed all the brain power I could get. I spent four years researching ingredients, testing combinations on myself, and keeping detailed diaries until I found the balance of energy and mental clarity I was looking for. Whatever I was doing, I felt like I was doing it better. I felt like a super version of myself. Super me. That’s where the name Super U came from.
