Why I created Super U
I was always working on something. From studying biology at Stony Brook and playing high-level rugby to working toward my chiropractic doctorate and trying to build a business, I needed all the brain power I could get. I wanted the focus and stamina to conquer everything in front of me.
I had tried supplements before, but none of them seemed to do the trick. I liked aspects of a few, but I wanted it all together: that sharp, energized feeling that made me feel like a super version of myself, in one daily drink.
So I spent four years researching ingredients, reviewing published human studies, and carefully testing different combinations on myself. I weighed ingredients in my kitchen and kept detailed diaries of my experiments—tracking sleep, food, water, and how I felt three, six, and nine hours later. I kept refining the formula until I found what felt like the right balance of energy and mental clarity for my day.
When it came time to name it, I kept coming back to the same feeling: whatever I was doing, I felt like I was doing it better. I felt like a super version of myself. Super me. That’s where the name Super U came from.
